30-Day Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:

• Returned in its original condition
• Unworn and free from damage
• Returned with all original packaging and accessories

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please note that returns showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage may be denied.

2-Year Warranty

All watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing and assembly defects.

This warranty covers:

• Movement defects
• Dial alignment issues
• Improperly positioned hands
• Assembly-related manufacturing defects

If a defect covered under warranty is identified, the watch will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Scratches or cosmetic damage to the case
• Scratches or damage to the crystal/glass
• Scratches or damage to the caseback/backing
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear

Any watch showing cosmetic damage such as scratches to the case, crystal, or caseback may be denied warranty service.
